Welcome to the Out There Entertainments Artist Platform! Our Profile Submission page is designed exclusively for artists, bands, performers, and entertainers joining South Yorkshire’s premier entertainment booking hub.

The profile you create here serves as your official digital stage. It’s what venue managers, event planners, and clients will see when looking to hire talent across Doncaster, Sheffield, Rotherham, Leeds, and beyond. Additionally, our team uses this information to feature you in our artist directory and promote your act across our marketing channels.

Below is a complete, step-by-step breakdown of every field in the updated Profile Creation Form to help you complete your submission smoothly and make your act stand out.

1. Choosing Your Profile Tier & Account Setup

Before entering your details, you will select your membership tier.

• Profile Tier: Select the tier you are starting on (e.g., Unofficial, Tier 1, Tier 2 – Musical, or Tier 3 – All In Elite). If you are starting on an Unofficial profile, note that you can easily upgrade your tier later.
• Account Review & Login: Once you submit the form, your profile goes under review. You will receive an automated email to set your account password so you can log back in and edit your profile at any time.

Note: If your email address is already registered in our system, please log in first before filling out the form.

2. Personal Details (Internal Contact Info)

We use these details strictly behind the scenes to contact you regarding gig enquiries, availability checks, and booking updates.

• Primary Contact Full Name & Email: The main person and email address responsible for managing bookings and receiving platform updates.
• Primary Contact Number: Your direct line for quick communication regarding gig opportunities.
• Secondary Contact Details (Optional): Full name, email, and contact number for a manager, agent, or bandmate as a backup contact.

3. Artist / Band / Performer Details

This section builds the core information displayed on your public directory listing.

• Artist / Band / Performer Name: The official stage name or band name under which you perform.
• Artist / Band / Performer Name(s): List the individual member names involved in the act (separated by commas).
• Artist Bio: A concise introduction to your style, sound, and experience. Please keep your bio around 450 characters—anything significantly longer may be edited for layout continuity.
• Travel Capabilities: Specify how far you are willing to travel for gigs and events.
• Type: Select whether your act is classified as an Entertainer, Musician, or Tribute.
• Home Location: Choose your primary region (e.g., Doncaster, Sheffield, Rotherham, Leeds, Yorkshire, or United Kingdom). If your specific location isn’t listed, select Other to add a new location.

4. Genres, Audio Embeds & Video Media

Showcase your sound and live visual performance directly on your profile.

Playing Genres

Select up to 5 total genres from the interactive list (ranging from Pop, Indie Rock, and Dance to Folk, Funk, or Metal). If your exact niche isn’t listed, use the Other field to type and add custom genres.

Streaming & Audio Links

Paste links to your official profiles, top songs, albums, or curated playlists. Supported platforms auto-convert into clean, playable embeds on your page:

• SoundCloud Profile / Track / Playlist
• Apple Music Link
• YouTube Music Link
• Other Streaming Services

Video Content

• Promo Video Link (YouTube): Your primary promo reel, which powers the main video embed on your featured profile header.
• Extra YouTube Content (Videos 2 & 3): Add up to two additional YouTube links to showcase live performances, acoustic sets, or crowd reactions.

Featured Directory Profile

Choose which single media format (Spotify, Apple Music, SoundCloud, or YouTube Promo Video) takes center stage on your card when clients browse the main directory.

5. Social Links & External Web Presence

Help prospective clients and venues explore your wider online presence by adding direct links to your active channels:

• Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter)
• YouTube Channel
• Spotify & SoundCloud Artist Pages
• LinkedIn & Bandcamp
• Other Media Links

6. High-Quality Media Uploads

First impressions matter! High-resolution imagery ensures your profile looks polished on both desktop and mobile screens.

• Band / Artist Logo: A high-quality PNG image file with a transparent background is preferred.
• Profile / Featured Image: A high-quality landscape image (16:9 ratio recommended) that serves as your profile header.
• Gallery Images: Upload 4 to 10 photos showcasing your live sets, stage setups, press shots, and audience energy.

What Happens After You Click Submit?

1. Submission Review: Our team will review your submitted media and information to ensure all links and images render correctly.
2. Password Setup: You’ll receive an email invitation to set your password and access your account dashboard.
3. Going Live: Once approved (typically within 24–48 hours), your profile goes live in the Out There Entertainments Directory, ready to receive booking enquiries for weddings, private parties, corporate events, and live venue slots.
