You can sign up by selecting the membership package that best suits you, adding it to your basket, and completing the checkout process. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a welcome email with a link to create your artist profile.
After checkout, you’ll get a thank you email with your membership contract and a direct link to set up your artist profile. Our team will then review and publish your profile within 24–48 hours, making it visible on our website and available for promotion.
Yes. You may cancel within one month of your purchase for a full refund. After the first month, a two-month notice period applies to allow us to manage events, gigs, and promotions already in progress.
The profile form asks for details about you or your band, including contact information, a short bio, location, social links, and media such as photos or logos. Once submitted, this information is used to create your public artist profile on our website.
All promotional content is considered jointly owned by both you and Out There Entertainments. This means both parties are free to use it for promotion across multiple platforms, ensuring maximum exposure.
The notice periods exist to protect both artists and our team. Because we plan gigs, events, and promotions in advance, sudden cancellations could negatively affect others. These timeframes ensure fairness and help maintain smooth scheduling.
Yes. We promote a positive, inclusive community. Membership may be terminated immediately if content or behaviour results in negative publicity, including sexism, racism, or any other discriminatory or offensive conduct.
Once your form is submitted and approved, your profile will be created within 24–48 hours. You’ll then be visible on our website and included in our ongoing promotion and opportunities.
The agreement is designed to balance opportunity and responsibility. Artists receive valuable promotion, discounts, and visibility, while we gain the stability needed to plan and deliver consistent events. It’s a partnership built on fairness, respect, and shared success.
